Blanka - I love dogs since I remember. I have always dreamed of a large dog, but my first dog was Jessie - a White Toy Poodle and she arrived in my life in 1990. After several years of long planning, my biggest dream came true - the first Akita arrived in my life 1996 and I have been devoted to this breed since then.
Michal - joined our family in 2003 and he comes from a dog-family (his mom is a breeder of White Standard Poodles). Throughout his life he had such dogs as Dachshound, Borzoi, Dogue de Bordeaux, Italian Greyhound and finally Poodles.
Together - our goal is to breed Akitas which will make wonderfull show-dogs and/or companions for other people, and which will bring them as much joy as they give us. We take responsibility for each puppy we breed and want to keep in touch with our puppy owners throughout the lifetime of each puppy. We believe that Akitas make wonderfull pets, but we as breeders are responsible for choosing the apropriate homes and educating people before they decide to become a proud owner of the Akita dog.
We do not breed very often. Our dogs are health screened and usually shown at dogshows at least until they achieve National Champion title before they are bred.
Each of the litters we plan is one from which we want to keep a puppy. As we do not want to have more than 5-6 Akitas living with us, we share some of our Akitas with friends and family - this way each of our dogs can live a happy life of a house dog :)
